The IOTA Business Innovation Program supported a first wave of teams building real-world solutions on IOTA. While the program has now concluded, the work continues: deployments are live, integrations are growing, and the feedback we gathered has directly informed our roadmap. Especially around APIs, developer experience, and faster iteration cycles.

Beyond enabling these teams to ship, the program created short feedback loops that helped us strengthen our APIs, improve developer workflows, and identify what matters most for teams building in the field.

Kickstarting real-world innovation on IOTA

The first program participants shipped solutions across digital identity, sustainability, product authenticity, and supply-chain workflows. Their progress validated key patterns for production use. While their day-to-day integration feedback helped us improve APIs, tooling, and documentation with shorter, faster feedback cycles.

Kalalohko

Enables verifiable seafood provenance from catch to buyer, supporting fairer economics and compliant supply chains.

Kalalohko is rebuilding the seafood supply chain with transparency and fairness. As a new participant in the IOTA Business Innovation Program, it uses IOTA Identity, Notarization, and the Gas Station to trace seafood provenance, support local fishermen, and drive scalable, verifiable real-world adoption.
